Linda is a Sunshine Coast yoga teacher and Ayurveda Practitioner. She has practised yoga for 48 yrs and taught Satyananda Style for 28yrs.
Linda loves to live and teach the happiness and peace Yoga and Ayurveda bring to your daily life and improve your health holistically.
She has taught yoga previously (8yrs) in the psychiatric ward at Buderim Private Hospital and currently teaching in drug and alcohol rehabilitation (10yrs) as well as local general classes incorporating all levels. Linda is passionate about teaching teenagers and facilitates in schools including a programme for disengaged girls. She presented ‘Ayurveda for Womens’ Hormones’ at Brisbane Yogafest 2013, facilitated a class ‘Yoga for Depression’ at the Sunshine Coast Yogafest 2015′ and facilitated 2 classes- ‘Sacred Reflection’ and ‘Trusting the Wisdom Within’ at Yogafest in New Zealand 2016.
Linda has 2 articles published in Australian Yoga Life magazine issue 54 titled ‘Girls reconnecting through Yoga’ and issue 56 titled ‘Annies’ story of hope’
Linda loves to take groups to India (Kerala) for Panchakarma treatment, annual retreats to Bali in August and 2018 Hawaii retreat in June.
