Meet Linda, a Sunshine Coast yoga teacher and Ayurveda Practitioner with over 50 years of yoga experience and has taught for 30+ years in the Satyananda style. Linda is dedicated to sharing the joy and peace that yoga and Ayurveda bring, enhancing holistic health.
Linda’s passion for yoga extends beyond traditional studio settings. She has a rich history of teaching in diverse environments, including psychiatric wards, rehabilitation centers, schools, aged care centres, and caters to all levels in public classes.
An esteemed presenter, Linda has shared her expertise at various wellness events, including Brisbane Yogafest and New Zealand Yogafest. She graced the cover of Australian Yoga Life magazine and has been a featured instructor at the Woodford Folk Festival.
Continuing her own growth, Linda participated in professional development training with Donna Farhi, further enhancing her teaching skills. Additionally, she organizes and leads transformative retreats in Bali and India, offering participants immersive experiences in yoga and Ayurveda.
Linda also facilitates day retreats and workshops, offering a blend of meditation, pranayama, asana, Ayurvedic cooking classes, forest walks, Yoga Nidra, and chanting.
